Criteria That Must Be Met For Financing:
To be eligible for financing, your company must meet the following criteria:

The number of employees
Your company has a maximum of 250 employees.

Annual turnover
Less than 50 million euros or an annual balance sheet total of less than 43 million euros.

Capital or voting rights
Not more than 25 % owned by one or more other companies.

Location
The company’s head office or at least one branch must be located in Germany.

Market presence
At least one year of existence at the start of the consulting services.
BAFA Funding for SME Quality Management Consulting
Promotion of business consulting quality management for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The aim of BAFA funding is to give small and medium-sized companies access to external advice. This support is particularly valuable when preparing for certifications. However, it is important to note that there is no legal entitlement to this funding; BAFA decides on the allocation of funds at its own discretion.
Funding Amount and Subsidy Rates for Consultancy
Companies in the new federal states (excluding the state of Berlin and the Leipzig region) receive a funding rate of 80% and a maximum grant of EUR 2,800.
In other parts of Germany, 50% of the consultancy costs are covered with a maximum subsidy of EUR 1,750.
