We take our responsibilities under occupational health and safety legislation seriously and apply the same ISO 45001 principles we advise our clients on to our own operations.<\/p>\n<h2>Scope<\/h2>\n<p>This policy applies to all employees, subcontractors, and visitors at any location where Sternberg Consulting operates.<\/p>\n<h2>Our Health and Safety Commitments<\/h2>\n<p>We commit to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complying with all applicable health and safety legislation and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and assessing workplace risks, and implementing appropriate controls<\/li>\n<li>Providing safe equipment, facilities, and a healthy working environment<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all staff and contractors have the information, instruction, and training needed to work safely<\/li>\n<li>Promoting a culture of health and safety awareness and encouraging reporting of hazards and near-misses<\/li>\n<li>Investigating all incidents and taking corrective action to prevent recurrence<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improving our health and safety management system in line with ISO 45001 principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>Management is responsible for implementing this policy. All staff and contractors are expected to follow safe working practices, report hazards, and cooperate with health and safety procedures.<\/p>\n<h2>Reporting Concerns<\/h2>\n<p>Health and safety concerns should be raised immediately with management. Serious concerns can also be reported through our <a href=\"\/whistleblower-policy\/\">Whistleblower Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Review<\/h2>\n<p>This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
