This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards we require.<\/p>\n<h2>Legal Compliance<\/h2>\n<p>Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those relating to labour, health and safety, environmental protection, data privacy, and anti-corruption.<\/p>\n<h2>Labour and Human Rights<\/h2>\n<p>We expect all Suppliers to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prohibit forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking in all forms<\/li>\n<li>Respect workers&apos; rights to fair pay, reasonable working hours, and safe conditions<\/li>\n<li>Prohibit harassment, discrimination, and abuse<\/li>\n<li>Respect freedom of association and collective bargaining rights where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Health and Safety<\/h2>\n<p>Suppliers must provide safe working conditions, identify and manage risks, and comply with applicable health and safety legislation. Where relevant, alignment with ISO 45001 is encouraged.<\/p>\n<h2>Environmental Responsibility<\/h2>\n<p>Suppliers should manage their environmental impact responsibly, seek to reduce emissions and waste, and comply with environmental laws. Where relevant, alignment with ISO 14001 is encouraged.<\/p>\n<h2>Anti-Bribery and Corruption<\/h2>\n<p>Suppliers must have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in all forms. Suppliers must not offer, give, or receive improper payments or benefits to obtain business or influence decisions.<\/p>\n<h2>Data Protection<\/h2>\n<p>Suppliers handling personal data on behalf of Sternberg Consulting must comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws, and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data.<\/p>\n<h2>Sub-Suppliers<\/h2>\n<p>Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their own sub-suppliers and subcontractors adhere to standards equivalent to those set out in this Code.<\/p>\n<h2>Reporting Concerns<\/h2>\n<p>Suppliers who become aware of any breach or potential breach of this Code are encouraged to report this through our <a href=\"\/whistleblower-policy\/\">Whistleblower Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Review<\/h2>\n<p>This Code is reviewed annually.
